Refund and Returns Policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on Fabrivio (“we”, “us”, “our”) via https://fabrivio.co.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.
- To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at fabrivioinno@gmail.com (or via any contact method provided on our site).
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may follow the return procedure once the product is delivered.
2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with all tags/labels/seals intact.
- You must also provide proof of purchase/order ID/invoice with the return request.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. These may include (but are not limited to):
- Items purchased under clearance sales, BOGO deals, heavy discounts, special promotions, or other promotional campaigns.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable — e.g. undergarments, intimates, swimwear, etc.).
- Any item which shows signs of use, wear, wash, alteration or damage.
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product — or if the parcel is tampered with or empty — you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photo or video evidence (preferably video while unpacking).
- We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, if the damage/defect is confirmed.
5. Return Process & Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping
- Where possible, we will arrange a reverse pickup for returns. In areas where pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product back to us.
- When self-shipping, please ensure the product is securely packed, include the original invoice/order ID, and send using a reliable courier service.
- On receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Prepaid orders: Refunds to the original payment method will be processed once the returned item passes our quality check. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit — in which case credit will be added to your Fabrivio account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will typically be issued as store credit in your account.
- Refund processing (after we receive and approve the return) will typically take [X–Y business days] depending on your bank/payment provider.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved. Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.
7. Conditions & Limitations
- We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds or exchanges if the returned item fails quality inspection (e.g. shows signs of use, missing tags, damage, poor packaging).
- For any refund, ensure the bank account or payment details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect details.
- The colors of products may slightly vary from what appears on the customer’s screen due to display settings. This is not considered a defect.
